A passerby told me the green house was the ferryman's house and the rotting hull is the remains of Phegan's ferry from the late 19th or early 20th century.

More private jetties. Wherever there are suburbs around Brisbane Water there are private jetties.
The hill on the right is Skion Kop. There is definitely no TV repeater (signal relay tower) on it. It's on the ridge above Koolewong and Park's Bay.
